Gokaldas & CO.( Estd .1939) who started with import and Marketing of dyes in India. over the years, they spread their business all over India as a distributing Agent for some prominent manufacturers. The Buy-back tie-ups with some manufacturers in progress became in adequate and hence decided to enter the field of manufacturing.
